CIVIL RIGHTS

HOLLISTER v. TUTTLE (3/30/00 - No. 9835058)
Alleged denial of promotion and discrimination in merit pay increases and
salary raises based on college professor's position regarding public
educational issues constitute actionable denials of governmental benefits.
However, shortening of professor's course and non-appointment to college
search committee are not redressable civil wrongs.
