CRAMER v. CONSOLIDATED (4/26/00 - No. 98-55657)
Labor Management Relations Act preempts state law claims arising out of
surreptitious videotaping of restrooms through two-way mirrors, as
determination of whether employees' rights have been violated requires
interpretation of collective bargaining agreement providing circumstances
under which videotaping is not permissible.

In Lanham Act trademark infringement action, there is no likelihood of
reverse confusion when a well-known user of a junior mark uses it in
connection with the sale of Barbie dolls, while the little-known junior mark
appears on advertisements directed at sophisticated buyers of commercial
art.

US v. ROMERO-AVILA (4/26/00 - No. 99-50289)
Name of government official to whom defendant made false claim of U.S.
citizenship need not be included in federal indictment.  Statute requires
only that false claim be made to someone with good reason to inquire into
defendant's nationality status.
