WALTON v. GREENBRIER FORD, INC., No. 02-2432 (4th Cir. May 28, 2004)
Plaintiff fell within the Fair Labor Standards Act's automobile
dealership workers exemption, and he in not entitled to overtime
pay. Furthermore, plaintiff was an at-will employee, subject to
termination with reasonable notice.
