RENFRO v. INDIANA MICHIGAN POWER CO., No. 02-2342 (6th Cir. June 02,
2004)
Defendant classified "planners" as administrative employees, making
them ineligible under section 13(a) of the FLSA for overtime
compensation. Appellate court found that the planners meet the FLSA
criteria for exempt administrative employees and therefore granted
summary judgment to Defendant employer.
