BONTKOWSKI v. SMITH, No. 01-3342 (7th Cir. September 26, 2002)
A complaint was improperly dismissed where a pro se plaintiff's
request for a declaration of his right to the return of art prints,
or proceeds of sale, should have been interpreted as an action for
replevin or affirmative injunction, or for imposition of a
constructive trust.

US v. COSTELLO, No. 01-2839 (7th Cir. September 26, 2002)
An increase in defendant's base-offense level, under U.S.S.G.
section 2G1.1(b)(1), requires that force or coercion be directed
toward a prostitute, and force directed toward someone other than a
prostitute cannot apply to support such an increase.
