US v. MARTIN, No. 03-2007 (8th Cir. May 28, 2004)
Statements cross-appellee gave to FBI agents were admissible in
prosecution as the statements were voluntarily made because he was
not in custody at the time he made the statements, and the agents'
failure to read him his Miranda rights did not render the statements
inadmissible.
